How do I place my order?
Orders are usually placed through email. Product codes are displayed on the top right hand corner of each image. You need to specify the code and the number of pieces that you require by email. Once we receive your order we raise you the invoice. Customers need to send fifty percent of the value to confirm the order. Once the products are ready for dispatch from our end we inform you to transfer the balance amount. Once the balance amount is credited to our account we will dispatch the products immediately and will forward you the courier details.

Are your products readily available?
No. All our collection is on made to order basis. We normally do not keep any stock without an order.

Are your products available for wholesale buyers only?
No. In addition to whole sale buyers we do sell for retail customers. However retail prices are different from whole sale rates.

How long will it take for my order to reach me?
Once a confirmed order is placed, work starts on the product. It usually takes anywhere from 4 to 5 weeks to complete the product. We ship the order once the total payment is realized. Shipping takes 2 to 3 business days for delivery in India. It could take a week or 10 days for delivery abroad. If there are any undue delays the same would be conveyed to you.

What is the speciality of our products?
Each product is individually hand made right from the fabric (Sonamukhi Silk).
Professional artist directly hand paint on the silk fabric just like they do on canvas. After the painting is completed the fabric undergoes various processes like steaming, drying, washing and polishing and quality control. In this process modern art is directly transferred to the fabric which makes our products outstanding, unique and desirable.

Do the shipping charges vary from country to country?
Yes, shipping charges vary from country to country and You can determine the exact shipping cost to your country while placing an order.

Is there any kind of Import Duty / Vat / Custom Tax on receiving products?
Yes there may be Import Duty / Vat / Custom Tax and must be paid directly by you. Since these are not in our control and not even included in ordering process, Government may charge you there on receiving goods.

What are the payment options available?
we accept Bank tranfers, Western union, Paypal(5% extra will be charged on total amount), Cash Deposit.

What is the procedure to return a product, if I don’t like it?
Goods once sold will not be taken back or exchanged. 

10.
How do I take care of the products?
Dry cleaning is the preferred method.
